Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly will my web design project be completed?
It normally takes less than 7 days to build a web site if you sign-up our Simple! SME Start-up package (for page less than 10 pages, provided you have ready with your content). Website that require template customisation takes less than 4 weeks, and for web sites where lot of interactivity is to be built in, it may take about 6 weeks.
Can you use my company's existing logo, brochure design, and other materials for my website?
Yes, we can certainly use your existing company literature such as logo, brochure, etc. for incorporating in the new web site. This will ensure that the website we design remains consistent with your corporate identity.
What if I do not have content for you?
Before we start work on your website, it is the client's responsibility to provide us with the website's content (text). If you don't feel comfortable writing the copy for your website, you can provide us with a list of key points you'd like to discuss on each page and we can write the copy for an additional fee.
Will I find my website on the search engines, like Google?
Yes. We always design websites to be search engine friendly. Our Simple! Web CMS software is compliant with search engine guidelines, with built-in SEO tools will help you to attract more visitors from search engines.
How do I update my website?
All website is provided with Simple! Web CMS where you can either update individual products/pages/services or particular sections of your website. e.g. company news. Alternatively you may choose to outsource to us, leet our professional web designer to update the website for you. Our charges are very reasonable.
Do I need to know html to use Simple! Web CMS?
Simple! Web CMS is a user-friendly, What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) html editor that requires no knowledge of html. The user interface is intuitive and follows the pattern of standard word processor editors to format the content (e.g., including buttons for ‘bold’, ‘italic’, and ‘underline’). Simple! Web CMS has been designed to be SIMPLE to use, while providing smart and powerful functionality.
Do I need to buy Annual Software Maintenance?
Simple! Web CMS Annual Software Maintenance provides customers with investment protection. Maintenance subscribers are entitled to free upgrades pursuant to their licensing agreements for Simple! Web CMS. This includes access to support materials, online problem resolution, free upgrades / updates of software version, etc.
